Often, the very first thing we give up when we dont feel well, or we are too busy, is our healthy habits. Why is that? And how do you continue to take action and stay consistent with your healthy habits when you dont feel your best, or when life is throwing you curve balls? In todays episode, inspired by a client of mine, I share the importance of pushing through when life gets tough, how to take action when you dont feel like it , and how to overcome the all-or-nothing mindset with the help of a very useful analogy involving a volume button.
