The Big Idea Behind This Book Is a Framework of Groundedness

The book asks, how do we reconcile these two things? No, the measures that we have show that people are doing really well in terms of b p and stock market, but these other measures show or not. And i call this problem, or at least the problem, is a function of something that i call heroic individualism. It's a constant race for the next thing, to constantly on up yourself, one up others. The solution that i propose is a framework of groundedness, which is based on modern science, ancient wisdom and concrete practices from individuals who have done well,. But more importantly, felt well along the way and ad fulfilling lives.
