The Different Types of Cabernet Sauvignon

The owner of Brise, they get around like 2,000 hectares just around the castle. There is perhaps certain claud in Brise, I get eight. And so when I look at that for my soles, the soles on the claud are very unique. The walls have been like builds at the place where the terroir or the soles change. So it was natural for me to make the selection of the claud and rent its claud on different vinification.
