I think that people don't really understand how much can be accomplished with probably around 60 to 85% range. You don't need to do 99% max every time to put weight on the bar, you know what I mean? Progress is progress. But one thing we see also is in addition to that hanging out in that range also allows you to train multiple methodologies simultaneously and still see gains across.
