In swimming, it's so technique based and in running, I feel like it's more of these broad concepts. So the falling forward, but not leaving the legs behind, you know, there's that whole setting of the knees in an appropriate angle. And then there's also the other concept is you run only as long as you maintain in your form,. But that requires a great deal of proprioceptive awareness, right? We run as I always say, there's not enough resistance in running because a, we run too slowly and b, we run in a medium that is too light for us to get feedback. You don't realize that you've lost your cadence until the workout
