Getting Omega-3 Fatty Acids From Plants Is Not the Best Diet

A hundred percent plant-based is not necessarily the best diet and there are certain things you just cannot get in a plant-based form like omega-3 fatty acids. The only plant that contains those long chain omega-3s which is what we need for things like our mental health our skin health etc other ones are berries, avocado another great source of things like vitamin E but I'm so happy you've kind of rehoned on that because it's such an important one.
