We're just not very good at doing that. And so that's where we let our hearts maybe take over from our minds and we end up with certain biases, which are more art than science. But generally speaking, if we ask it to look over a set of data and draw some conclusions and summaries, we will probably end up in a place where those are more rational conclusions less on the predictably irrational side. We talk and decoded about the combination of instincts paired with analytics. There's three decoded principles that we cover in the book. The first is technology as a coach.
