The Importance of Understanding Your Hormones

The perimenopause starts usually when you turn 40 and that's when your hormones start to fluctuate. progesterone tends to be to drop a lot more than the estrogen so, you get an imbalance of the hormone. We tend to help women with replacement of progesterone and that usually is suffice until the periods stop which would then be called the menopause. And that is when we start to look at other different hormones like estrogen to replace to help them with their symptoms.
