The Importance of Somatic Markers in Decision Making

Rationalist view, what De Masio calls the high-reason view, suggests that our mind is like a computer. We're making a decision based on incomplete knowledge. Attention and working memory have a limited capacity. Somatic markers are collection of feelings we get from bodily and mental impulses. They can also be conscious or unconscious.
