Is There a Decrease in the Training Benefit?
There is diminishing returns as you put more volume in, it's not linear, right? So 60 to 90 isn't like 50% better. And then four hours isn't twice as good as two hours. You always have to deal against or work against deal with recovery and amount of time that you have inside of those longer workouts. Can you get faster in just 60? Heck yes. We've seen it so many times. There'll be a time where you will be constrained by how much volume and stuff you do.
