Putting People in Boxes

I came up with the fis animal cruelty for its and i find this really difficultant. I'm keeping myself at zeron. And to do this takes, i can't even talk when i'm doing it. But most people who come to meare somewhere around here. And they have to put effort into this. When they stop putting effort in, they do they go back to this. There's a turn around at some point. In this we have to choose to lose it, rather than choose to have it.
