Running Queuing - Should I Be Running or Should I Just Run?
When I'm running sometimes I'm thinking about like how am I supposed to be positioning my pelvis and my lumbar spine should I be trying to like posteriorly pelvic tilt or just let it happen? How do you balance our ability to analyze ourselves meant like consciously versus just letting the body sort of do what it wants totally. If I could if I could take a leap here real quick and again I'm a guy who's done researching on running queuing I've read the research running queuing is not an effective way for people to get in shape. It took months of just wearing them walking yeah and then slowly slowly increasing running okay so for me I could do those runs
