Low interest rates help in this environment, but we're asy quite resistant to rises. We take 25 % at time of purchase, and then we take the remaining payments at two weeks, four weeks and six weeks. So if you take the weighted average, like on a teeter totter, that's the duration of our loan. And so now they look at our channel and they say, why? This is really cheap. I'm only paying 6%. Y and there's a certainty that they only have to pay when that transaction is completed.
