How to Increase Your Muscle Connection

I want to ask you because I feel like since you've been training for so long, you probably have some good insight on how people can increase this. Over than in my training years, I've slowly been able to increase my ability to work each muscle group to a higher extent. So more my muscle connection. But also what I've noticed is that I am working with certain movements with significantly lighter load than I was years ago and feeling the same like a great connection to that muscle. And it now, how can people develop that over time? Is there ways within training?
