Do You Have a Strong Culture?

It seems like front is a strong, specific culture. Did you pay attention to that as you iring from the beginning? And and how did yout, how did you implement that? How did you think about it? Yes, i think very early on, a, i was very deliberate about what we call to day, our values. But i basically know, ah, who i think i would work well with and who i wouldn't work well with.
