The china big was a special case to talk about that. The black winter truffle is considered the crem dela crem o, all the black truffles. That's the ne that goes for about 800 dollars a pound. But it's always in short supply. There's a truffle that grows wild in china that is a dead ringer for it but has like, m like two % of the smell. Doesn't really smell like nothing, but it looks just right.
