No amount of exercise is going to bring back that muscle tone. Aim for 100 grams of animal protein per day. You don't drink alcohol if you've got sleep problems, right? Alcohol may initially make you sleepy, but it will ultimately disrupt your sleep throughout the night. Don't drink caffeine in any in all forms. Are you eating nightly chocolate a very common habit of women? So this can be disrupting your sleep. Even one morning coffee can disrupt your sleep.
