What Are the Different Styles of Attachment?
There are typically four styles and I like to think of them as patterns. A secure person has inherent trust that their needs are going to get met. Then there's anxious attachment, which is what I wrote my book on. And then there's avoidant and there's two types of avoidant. So you know, you have different patterns and how you attach to your romantic partner when the core wounds show up.
