Women in their 20s and 30s are able to eat much larger quantities of food that's high and fat or high in sugar before having these inflammatory responses on average. And then what we see in this paper that's been coming out shortly that you were involved in is this profound change during your 40s. It doesn't mean there's nothing you can do about it, but it does mean that probably essentially if you've sort of been able to get away potentially with eating these foods, it was fine. Now there are some things that doesn't mean you can never eat them, but you've got to think more about how they're fed.
