The Mind Set of a Healthy Diet

A lot of it is mind set. Like your a healthy diet, it gets its own momentum. And one thing i do this day is, if i sit down with a plate of food, yo usually eat. If i have a protein, you'll say, some fish, and a and a starch and an a vegetable, i will always start with it like that. My fort goes into the first, and thenand then the protein, and and then the starch and im i'm eating it all anyway. It hardly matters. But it really is.
