We created strict algorithms for delivery of each of the interventions, and they really specified clinical criteria. And we looked at minimum of twice daily assessments for progression through the algorithm. The outcomes I've mentioned, the primary outcome is time to liberation for respiratory support,. What does that really mean? And this is defined as the start of a 48-hour period, which the child was free from all forms of respiratory sports. This could be the noninvasive or invasive; it's from randomisation to this time of liberation.
