The whole field of codependency in many ways is really looking at attachment patterns, how these attachment patterns. play out throughout our life. We learn through modeling. That is the mechanism through which sapiens learn. And I think kind of crucially too, not only do we learn how to use a fork by watching our big sister use a fork or our parents, but we learn about ourselves as well.
