In a group, you will unconsciously begin to assume the ideas and attitudes of the people around you. You can't help it. Just like your dog can't help wanting to get your approval when it goes out on a walk. As a leader, we want to inspire people to want to follow us. That's our job. And i try and say that authoritys sort of this magical substance. If you can conjure up this magic called authority, then you will have this leadership power that is absolutely the ultimate power you can have.
