The Role of Posture in Knee Pain

I wanted to ask you about this because I borrowed a lot of what you do with myofascial release and healing particular aches and pains in the back and the knees. Have you found anything similar and if not, I'm going to kind of provide a scenario and I'd like to hear your opinion. It seems that a lot of tightness in the fascia related to IT bands seems to affect knee pain. Whereas a lot of fascia in the glutes, the piriformis, the QL, and the soas tends to affect the back.
