i think one of the things that we missed when circuit training was so popular is the fact that you would do like eight, in our school, 20 exercises back to back to back. Wejust have little cards that had one and two, and there new to go next. And push ups are a masterful way of getting up and down. You can't realistically dead lift, um, you know, 300 plus pounds for eight hours a day, likethat ju. I's just not going to us, not goig to happen, nor wouldyou, nor would you want to b i think,. i'm trying to get across my point about how exercise doesn't have to be concentrated
