Hachali: I'm wondering if you can share with us a little about your thoughts on where is people's understanding of the role that knowledge management plays in conversational AI and automation initiatives at the moment. What are some of the strategic arguments for investing in knowledge management? Hachali: It's also something that needs to be managed constantly, I think, in Europe. So one of the things that we always say, at Genesis, is knowledge is a team effort. And it's not just the creator creating that knowledge and putting it out there but it really’s the back and forth between the content author and the consumers as well.
