I'm kind of a research junky, and i go on a lot of rabbit holes. I always believe that there's always a way, unless it was death. And i actually think that to day. I always say to my athletes, unless there is a component of death, thend we've got to do it. Does that make sense to you? Absolutely. First foremost fundamentals of neuro science, the way our brain develops overtime,. We have this capacity that at around 25, that's whe our brains stop really developing.
