Time restricted eating, eating earlier in the day can potentially have a benefit. And i think this leads unto when people startyou ow, going to the world of fasting or intermitted fasting. There's been a little bit of work looking at what happens when you change the size of the final meal each day in its effects on sleep and overnight heart rate variability. When people consume a smaller proportion of their daily calories late in the day it seems that their overnight h r v is higher.
