You don't want to have customers that are lukewarm because the minute you tell them that your company is changing, they may just leave. If you're on a one to five scale, you want fours and fives for probably between 70 and 90% of your customers, at least. But I'd say the majority are very, very low on that scale. It's pretty hard to get that up into the high numbers there.
