AB Testing

I see AB testing being used as content testing. You take two versions of something, like a page, and you put them against each other. For instance, Etsy did an AV test because my husband and I were both checking out on Etsy. My checkout button said, send to Jersey or whatever. And his checkout button just said purchase now. Right. So they were testing kind of that checkout button of just purchase now.
