My daily minimum right now is to do ten laps of duck walks back orits worthi'm just trying to build up the legs and the like. I've backed off the heavy, heavy stuff right now. Andoh, that's old school martial arts conditioning. It's old scool. But my legs feel good. My hip flexibilities coming back. Knees feel pretty good. O, i'll do my bench press on wednesdays after rolling. Then thad lift fridays, aff te roll.
