"I didn't know i was in the ten to 15 %. That's the scary part to me, is that there is ten 15%. And it ended at being a real gift, although a very, very painful gift," Suno says of her experience with silent retreats. The places like spirit rock and insite meditation society do actually have pretty real good protocols in place for dealing with this stuff., she adds. "If jack had not been there, i think it would have been a train wreck."
