How Much Tea Do You Use and How Much Water?

The first question I have always is how much tea do you use and how much water? Yeah, that's actually a very good question. To brew in a mug, just put the tea leaves in a hot water. Gung fu style is more tea leaves, less water. So we get a more intense taste of tea. We usually start with smaller vessel. And then I will dip each infusions around 15 to 30 seconds. Super fast.
