The Importance of Zero Calories

I think most of us that are like trying to be bodybuilders and are fit. Almost all my drinks have zero calories, right? Unless it's a libation or something. You know, diet soda for me is a life saver because it gives me some satiety. The false reporting out there is that it makes you hungrier. And actually a study just came out that was reported on where they basically equated zero calorie drinks with other options but those who were on the zero calorie lost more weight.
