When Do You Draw a Hard Line?

When you have this suspicion that something's not right here, that's where you might draw a hard line. So there are times when that technique is appropriate and the mistake would be to fall in love with that technique and use it all the time. And I've had clients who have made that mistake and they come off as these hard asses unnecessarily. They turn everything into a power flight. But sometimes it makes sense to make an exception.
