Recruiting is a process where both sides of the transaction have very little information about each other. The first thing that candidates see when they look at your j d will be an up date on your quality and fit as a company. So i think it's worth puttng some eferene to the actual posting yet, to me, that might reflect the conventional power dynamic between a sort of job seeker and job offerer.
