How to Increase Calf Strength in the Gym

You can strengthen this and raise its capacity in two ways. But one is a lot more riskier than the other in my eyes. If you do three sets of 10, that's a lot safer than trying to raise the capacity by doing a sprint session. So now I guess we're kind of probably talking and shifting conversation a little bit into building up the capacity in our tissues.
