Having a Team of People to Lead a Change, Right?
If you can get down to that metric that that's closer to the bottom line, that's where you start to get justification for hiring more people. But ye, and i think just taking it back to teams for just a hot second here. I will say that by having a team of people, like more than one content person, you cant it's possible to effect multiple outcomes. So i think there's like a constant balancing act that requires more than one human to get it done a hundred %.
