Do You Track Your Nutrition When You're Training?

I think tracking certain ways is incredibly beneficial to making sure that we're getting the most out of our performance and recovery. We shouldn't be doing anything during our training that's causing us to be obsessive with numbers or feel anxious. That doesn't mean that no one should track their nutrition when they're training. At what point does it become something that you feel like at this point, just feel like it's a lifestyle and how we eat? I don't even think about it.
