I strongly believe that people don't change unless they're challenged. And I, it's my job here to, to change you as a teacher. Lots of teachers, I'm afraid, are not used to this. They're not used to being directly challenged. This feedback is going to be challenging. You might feel defensive at times. But that's because it's challenging. It's challenging. and I'm trying very hard to change you.
