What's Your Tax Structure?
Your tax structure is really important, whether you're a company or trading through your own name. You'd set your structure up before you start trading and talk to your advisor about that. In Australia, all of the company income is taxable at whatever tax rate you pay. And then it gets taxed in Australia at a much lower rate than the personal tax income normally. But then also you can distribute that as profit or you can invest it in the company or whatever.
