Squats Are the Same, but You Can't Do One More.
Some adolescent athletes hate dips because it hurts the sternum. The reason squats are so good, and it's the same thing with kettlebell snatches: You probably can do one more. When you finish the snatch test, people always have plenty of reps. And that just causes the body to work and overdrive.
