How to Prevent Back Pain
The imbalance will show at your weakest point. So if you have a weak left hip, right hip is okay. Your low back is essentially in the middle. It's not necessarily, there's anything physically wrong. It's just causing strain in that area. And that's why the pain shows up in your back.
