Pilates is a direct debit business, so if you want to get people on your waiting list for classes, buy an upfront pack. Make sure that the packs have a use-by date because otherwise they become a liability and come off your balance sheet. I think we're acting in the best interest of our clients by doing that 100%. If someone wants an unlimited membership, I still wouldn't do it. Definitely put a three month, three month or six month time limit.
