The Future of Diversity Trainings

There's nothing wrong with doing a training explaining to people what the law is. They just shouldn't be these like intense spiritual awakenings or whatever. I think this will hopefully go down as like a particularly bad fad, maybe five years from now, we'll just have those normal boring vanilla trainings. There are some alternatives like Chloe Voldry who has this program called Theory of Enchantment. She leans heavily into the teachings of Martin Luther King Jr.
