Our personal default settings are really our habits. And habits ar the behaviors, the routines, what we repeat consciously and unconsciously. So many times that you just go an auto pilot and your whole day is automatic because of all these habits. They'r essentially like your default setting. That's right. Brain skines have shown that once you've got a habit ingrained, that the brain kind of switches off a little bit. It doesn't have to work as hard whenever you're performing actions. As humans, the same thing happens. But we can actively choose these habits. We can choose what our sort of pre programme set. There's no shortage of habits book if we've done pas.
