I think downside risk is, you know, what is the worst case scenario. And we don't really analyze a building based on thinking it's going to sit empty for two years. We analyze a building saying what is the lowest rate that we would have to charge to backfill this building. Most lenders want to have a 12 month or newer report and so you can simply ask for a transmittal letter from the vendor from the seller in order to get those reports.
