The Role of Over-Couplings in Race
Over-couplings are the automatic associations we have related to race or other forms of identity, just things that we have been conditioned with. And I find a lot of people don't want to understand their biases to like, what? I'm not racist. I can't possibly have biases. A lot of us complete bias, prejudice and discrimination into being one thing.
