How to Get Results From Volume and Intensity
For many, many years my only intensity was on the races. This year actually doing some studies on genetics and epigenetics, we figured out that I'm very sensitive at some metabolism. So I would get injured if I train a lot of intensity and I will don't get a lot bigger than that but I have a big capacity to get adaptations from volume. It's key to be consistent and then is this consistency that will give you results at the end.
