The Advantages of Building a Compound Startup
There are these five advantages that you have and generally speaking you want to build products where those five advantages are maximized. The first one was like integration with the other products that you've already built. We look for products where employee data matters in a lot of other areas outside of HR. It's about middleware and rippling which are the sort of platform components the elements that we try and build once and then reuse across our products things like reports and workflow animations and permissions and approvals.
